The owner of the website www.unicoamarosiciliano.it aimed at selling products online is Cavisk Srl with headquarters in Via Luigi Cosenz, 6 – 90145 – Palermo, Italy.

Every order placed through this website will follow the following rules.

Only Cavisk srl will change them if and when it wants without having to give any prior notice. Every order will follow the conditions in force at the time of the order itself.

By placing an order you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions of sale.

Only orders and shipments within the national territory will be managed.

Only ADULTS.

 

Site Registration

It is not mandatory to be registered to place an order.

Orders

Cavisk Srl reserves the right to verify the availability of each item and, if unavailable, to promptly notify the customer with possible solutions (including refund).

Deliveries

​

The cost of delivery throughout ITALY is €4.90. For orders starting from €35.00, delivery is free.

We entrust our orders to the courier (UPS - SDA) usually the day after receiving it and with the EXPRESS service that we apply free of charge to all our orders, your package will be at your home in 2-3 working days.

In the event of a product not available, a communication will be sent to the consumer proposing an alternative product or immediate refund.

Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the suitable condition of the package. In the event of externally damaged packages, it is advisable to receive the package by indicating to the courier to mark it "WITH RESERVATION" so as to start the refund or replacement procedures for any damaged items.

For each order, the consumer will have 72 hours from receiving the package to report via email any anomalies or discrepancies with respect to the order placed.

In any case, the legal guarantee of conformity of the seller applies pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/CE and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

 

Liability for damage caused by defective products

In the event of damage caused by defective products, the provisions of European Directive 85/374/EEC and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) apply.

Cavisk Srl, as a distributor of the products through the website www.unicoamarosiciliano.it, releases itself from any liability, none excluded, by indicating the name of the relevant manufacturer.

 

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to goods that are intact at the time of return.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) regarding distance selling, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by email to info@unicoamarosiciliano.com.

The products subject to withdrawal must be returned at the expense of the consumer, intact.

Once their integrity has been verified, we will issue a refund to the customer for the cost of the returned products but not for the shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the return.

​Tax obligations

​

At a national level, for online sales via the Internet to private customers, there is an exemption from issuing an invoice (art. 22, paragraph 1, DPR 633/72), as well as certification of the consideration (receipt and receipt) as per art. 2 DPR 696/96. The invoice is issued only if requested by the buyer at the time of purchase, communicating the necessary data (name, surname, address and tax code). In the case of subjects holding a VAT number, please communicate it when placing the order.

Forza maggiore​

Cavisk Srl will not be liable in the event of delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters and restrictions on the courier's traffic and any other event that makes the production, transportation or delivery of the products impracticable.

For anything not specifically indicated in these conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 206/2005 regarding the protection of consumers in matters of distance contracts.

For any dispute relating to the contract in question, the Court of Palermo will have exclusive jurisdiction.
